About Me

Moran Baillie

COACH | MENTOR | FACILITATOR

My passion is helping women break through their inner glass ceiling.

Why? Because it breaks my heart when I see professional, smart, talented women struggle to see their own brilliance and value.

I am a transformative coach and facilitator with 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and general management, passionate about empowering women leaders to play a bigger game.

I specialise in woman-centred coaching working with female leaders who are ready to break through their inner glass ceiling, find their personal power and lead from authentic confidence.

Experience and Impact

I have worked for over two decades in various sectors (higher education, banking and insurance, renewable energy) in Senior Human Resources roles.

Witnessing many successful, talented and accomplished female leaders who are wanting to make a bigger impact in their careers, but feel a painful and confusing gap between their greater potential and their ability to realise it, led me to the path of coaching, facilitation and mentoring.

I now run my own leadership practice empowering CEOs, executives and emerging female leaders to realise their full potential and play a bigger game.

My Approach

As a coach, mentor and facilitator, I hold space, expand perspective, inspire and support my clients like no one else to unlock their full potential.

I help them increase self-awareness, uncover blind spots, change behaviours that directly impact business results, improved team satisfaction, increased engagement and team performance.

While I have a BA and an MBA, it is the combination of 20 years of HR experience, executive coaching and working specifically with women, is what's underneath my deep insights into the various barriers women leaders have in the workplace.

I am like a reflector.

Relecting your own light, and at the same time, showing you the path to your highest leadership potential.

How I got Here

I migrated to Australia 20 years ago; what started as a gap year, turned into a life transition and the seed of my interest in transformation. My interest has always been in human behaviour, human resources and the human experience in the workplace.

As a young woman, I lacked confidence (in myself), clarity (in my direction) or courage (to speak up) which eventually led me to the path of self-development and transformation. Bit by bit I freed myself from old stories and limiting beliefs and made empowering other women my passion and life mission.

As a mother of two, I do the juggling act that so many women do – blending roles and wearing many hats throughout the day. My children inspire, challenge and teach me so much about love and life.
